RSMSSB Bans Candidate for 2 Years for Tearing Answer Sheet in CET Exam 2024

The Rajasthan Staff Selection Board (RSMSSB) has banned a candidate for two years for breaking exam rules during the CET (Senior Secondary Level) Exam 2024, which was held on 24 October 2024.

As per the official notice, the candidate Shree Krishna Chauhan, son of Kishanlal Chauhan from Didwana, tore his answer sheet during the exam. This act is a serious rule violation under the RSMSSB Unfair Means Rules 2016.

Because of this:

  • His CET exam has been cancelled
  • He is banned from all RSMSSB exams for 2 years

This order is now in effect and shows that RSMSSB will not tolerate any cheating or misconduct.

RPSC Also Issues Warning to Ineligible Candidates

Meanwhile, the Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) has also issued a strict notice. Many candidates had applied for posts like AFDO, Biochemist, and Group Instructor even though they were not eligible. RPSC has given a final chance to withdraw such wrong applications by 9 June 2025. If not withdrawn, the candidate may face legal action under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023, and a complete ban from future RPSC exams.

Both RSMSSB and RPSC have made it clear that only eligible and honest candidates will be allowed to appear in Rajasthan government job exams.
